TDE
Established in 1994, the Tokyo Diamond Exchange (TDE) is the only organization in Japan recognized by the World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB). While it does not operate a physical trading floor or function as a marketplace today, TDE plays a vital role in representing Japan within the global diamond community.
Dedicated to upholding the WFDB’s ethical framework, TDE works to promote transparency, professional integrity, and fair-trade practices.
By fostering dialogue and cooperation between Japanese stakeholders and the international diamond industry, TDE contributes to the sound development of Japan’s diamond sector and enhances global trust in the Japanese market.
TDE continues to serve as a respected institutional presence, reflecting Japan’s long-standing values of precision, trust, and responsibility within the international diamond trade.
