The Kimberley Process: it’s a question of provenance, not origin

The Kimberley Process (KP) has now been with us for nearly 15 years; wars have come and gone, regimes have disappeared, rebels have become legitimate governments, yet those outside the trade continue to promote the KP and regard it as a solution to many of Africa’s problems.

EU RELEASES KIMBERLEY PROCESS CERTIFICATE NUMBERS OF DIAMOND STOLEN IN ARMED ROBBERY AT BRUSSELS AIRPORT

The European Union has released the Kimberley Process certificate numbers for parcels of rough diamonds that were stolen by gunmen from the hold of a Swiss-bound aircraft at Brussels International Airport on February 18.
